Your server should be setup instantly after you order. You should get an email containing a link to your control panel along with your server information. Some email providers may put our emails in the spam filter so be sure to check in there if you have not received it after 5-10 minutes.

Yes, we give discounts to those people who decide to prepay. The yearly prepay plans have the heaviest discounts, at up to 30% off regular price.
You are free to choose any codec compatible with the Ventrilo program. You can use Speex, GSM or any of the other codecs at no extra cost.
As long as you choose the Speex codec (which you are free to do) in your server configuration your server should be Mac compatible.
Guild pay is a system that allows your clan or guild mates to donate towards your next bill at UGT-Servers. Any donations are kept in your guild pay balance - payments are automatically deducted from that balance when your due date rolls around. To enable guild deposit, you must choose pay as you go. If you are not currently on PYG and would like to switch, just fill out a ticket at my.ugt-servers.com and our staff will assist you.
If you are a Ventrilo client of ours, please go to your control panel access at Ventrilo Control Panel and submit a ticket to the "Upgrade/Downgarde" department. In the ticket please include the following:
NO. The simple answer to that is we will never raise prices of our current customers. Not even if you wish to upgrade. Your pricing structure will always remain the same. One thing to note though, if you leave us and come back at a later date, we will not honor your old pricing.
Paypal.com is the most simple way to manage your UGT account. The payment will come out of your paypal.com account every month and on the same day of the month that it is due. No pesky invoices to have to pay, no worries of your server going down because an invoice ended up in a spam filter box. All out simple.
Simply put a ticket in via your control panel access. We will be more then happy to assist.
We send invoices out 7 days prior to the due date.

Simple answer is, everyone's internet and location is different. Ping is defined as how long it takes to get from point 1 (your location) to point 2 (the location your are connecting to) and back to point 1 (your location again). So, your connection to our server is just as important as our connection to you. If your or their ISP is having local issues, your ping will flucuate day to day.
We choose our server locations and data centers based on the network they are attached to. We choose these locations to be the best all around performance locations.
